A welcoming light

Create atmos­phere with light

It was a rather dilap­i­dated shell in Zurich-Altstetten. But those respon­sible for Campus saw the potential of these spaces. After intensive planning, offices, seminar rooms, multi­func­tional zones for events and a meeting area were created.
Special attention was paid to the lighting and sensor planning. It was defi­nitely worth it. The new Campus hub in Zurich invites you to work, cele­brate and linger in its beau­ti­fully lit rooms!

shows how: New working envi­ron­ments with nevalux luminaires

Aesthetics and energy effi­ciency as one

Solution

Floor lamps, pendant lights, down­lights: every­thing was needed in the new, multi­func­tional rooms at Campus. nevalux lumi­naires were used, which impress with their design, func­tion­ality and energy balance. In addition, we used the RS PRO 5100 from STEINEL for the windowless rooms, such as the IT room.
The floor lamps and the RS PRO 5100 are so-called Connect lumi­naires; they are wire­lessly networked and commu­nicate with each other. Thanks to daylight measurement and an inte­grated motion detector, the light only comes on when it is actually needed.
The pendant lights and down­lights also leave nothing to be desired in terms of energy effi­ciency. The STEINEL True Presence presence detector ensures that people are detected without fail.

The entire lighting world of nevalux

A switch, a light bulb – that was once upon a time. Today, lighting has to meet a variety of require­ments. It needs to look good, provide the best possible illu­mi­nation and keep elec­tricity and main­te­nance costs low. Switching to LED is a good step towards achieving the latter.
